i have a new rule ..

come what may, I am supposed to be working 11am - 5pm Monday Tuesday, Thursday Friday. Wednesdays, I work until 3.30.

No laying down on the bed, no switching on the tv and no masturbation.

Clearly, restraint isn't quite my thing, amongst many.

what scares me is ...

this time lil' parts of me didn't die. Have I become this cold, is so much within me dead already or have I just evolved into one of those people that handle disappointments this well.

Bah.

I still did listen to the my heart break music though, well, if that counts for something.
